Mission
FOS AI sets up practical, secure AI inside companies that build and manage property: developers, contractors, architects, property managers and trade businesses such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. The work starts with the tasks that eat the most staff time, such as estimates, follow-ups, documents and project updates, and connects AI to the tools a company already uses, with sensitive data kept under the company's control.
Challenge
Real estate and construction firms hold large amounts of sensitive financial, contract and design data, and most generic AI tools are not built for it. Teams lose time to repetitive administration, and many are unsure which AI uses are safe. FOS AI is at an early stage. It will publish results only once pilots with named clients have been measured, rather than promising efficiency figures in advance.
Goal
FOS AI was founded by Kirill Samarits and is being developed with technology and system-design partners John Deves and Yirgos Deves. The goal for the first stage is a small number of documented pilots with real estate and construction companies in Chicago, then expansion to the rest of the United States and Europe.
